offices are closed for selected holidays. If an office closure occurs
on a scheduled payday, every effort will be made to make sure that
your funds are deposited by the last working day before the holiday.
Bank scheduling conflicts may not always permit us to early deposit
your funds, but the funds should be deposited by the scheduled payday.

WHAT ABOUT E-MAIL?

of emergency, we can assist you in stopping your deposits through
e-mail. You may not change banks or account numbers via e-mail.
HAPPENS IF I CHANGE BANKS?
you change banks or change account numbers at your current bank,
the change is effective with the first regularly scheduled payroll
after the change is made. Note that you must make the change by
2:00 PM California Time on the payroll deadline day. Please link

secure form, we must have received it prior to that date in order
to input your change.
ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?
